At Vivir Se’ar, we take pride in the quality of our products and customer satisfaction. Please review our policy below before making a purchase.

🚫 All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

• Change of mind
• Incorrect item ordered
• Items purchased on sale or during promotions
• Shipping delays that are out of our control

✅ Exceptions

The only exception to this policy is if you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect. If this applies to your order, please contact us within 1-3 business days of receiving your package.

To request a replacement or store credit, email us at support@vivirsear.com with the following:

• Your order number
• A clear photo of the item and packaging
• A brief description of the issue

We’ll review your request and get back to you as soon as possible. All claims are handled on a case-by-case basis.

• Items must be unused and in their original condition and packaging to be considered for any resolution.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable.
• We reserve the right to decline any claim that does not meet our policy requirements.
